It is recommended to return the products with acs.
In case the customer wants to make a change he will be charged with the return and shipping costs.
In order for the return of the products to be accepted, you must:
- the return must be made within 10 calendar days from the day of receipt
- the product has not been used
- it has to be packaged in its original packaging and be accompanied by all its labels
- the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg Retail Order, Order Form, etc.)
In case no product has been found for replacement, there is an alternative credit balance option that can be redeemed by the end of the current season. (winter end of February / summer end of August)
